In this case prophet was raising the issue of filing delays being an everyday occurrence in other otc/pinky companies. That needed to be clarified as I believe this company is not one of those. The info I provided is no more or less what one would get by calling IR. The material event is just that, something that justified the 10Q to be delayed. If it is good or bad I can't tell you, that would be illegal, but you can go back to the company PRs/filings and guess on possible scenarios, both good and bad. Quote: What's worthless??
