Can you imagine the uproar if they had been taken to some Evangelical Church? A Turk attempted to assassinate the Pope back in 1981 and almost succeeded. 5 reputedly Algerian's were just arrested in London trying to plan something similar. Reaction in the MSM - spike the story and the implication. Now imagine some nut job plans or tries to attack an Imam - and how would that get played? 24x7x365 coverage of white bigotry and guilt over not being multicultural enough. For that matter - lots of Muslim hothead in the UK - how do the press, gay rights advocates and feminists react to them - well guess what - they don't. The Pope comes for a state visit - and they protest him because Catholics are not progressive enough. Wonder how they will fare under Sharia rule in 20 years?
