You got a Chief of Staff who despises cabinet members advisors who despise the Chief of Staff, a President and First Lady having their own issues…"

It helps to explain why Air Force One has gotten such a workout (how much fuel has that plane gone through compared to other presidents?) Here's what stood out for me.
