Fred, No representation has happened before, but not regularly, although slow representation is regular. The first time I didn't get representation, I called and complained. This is the only time my complaint landed on deaf ears. They said they understood, but ther was nothing they could do, it was up to US Clearing and the MM they are using for the order. Interestingly, about a minute later, there was my representation (5 minutes after originally placing the order.) I didn't call this time, just cancelled and used Datek for the order. Esteban
