Most residential windows are fabricated locally. Most all installation is local. The only chain being Binswanger and I 'd get references on the local shop before I would use them for anything. An energy star qualified low-E glass used for the exterior lite is all the same from any manufacturer. You can up your energy efficiency slightly by having the space gassed.
