We are experiencing a Grapes of Wrath inmigration. Most are on tough times and I am glad we have jobs and room.

Florida and Nevada- wild places-two places I would expect a crash. Everything revovles around money.

People are moving up here because we have few problems except the weather and it is not that bad.

We pay no state taxes and we have lots of jobs and room.

And the last two years have been warm and dry. 60 to 70 and dry most of the summer and all this week in Juneau. Rode my bike through most of the last winter--outside.
