Your previous post doesn't really address my post, only a subset of it. Several areas it doesn't even consider. The biggest areas it largely tosses out some of what I suggest as political impossible. Maybe its right about that. But if so then the problem would be political viability of what was proposed, not a lack of enough being proposed.

What you propose DOESN'T ADD UP TO ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB.

No what I propose is more than enough, even much more than enough to do the job.

The only problem is that it isn't highly detailed. "Limit growth on X, cut Y", doesn't say how tight of limit, or how big of cut, but with relatively tight limits on the biggest categories than its more than enough. The areas I mentioned cover a strong majority of all federal spending. Tightly limiting growth on almost all federal spending, and then cutting hundreds of billions a year on programs that you go beyond limiting is enough.
