don't know anything about gold, Brian, but from what i heard, it's not so great if it goes down too much, either. Good luck. I think you're into a difficult investment area. I'm just going to stick to stocks which seem a bit easier to figure out (sometimes). My fatal attraction is to biotechs which for some reason i feel i understand since i have a science and medical background. However, no matter how much expertise i think i have i always manage to buy a biotech which flops because there was a small flaw in the science which i just didn't get. Oh well, it's as good a way as any to lose money. dulane
