>>Hmmmmm let's see. Two wars, a recession-depression, jobless rate over 10%, many states effectively bankrupt and the rest on the way, and you are afraid of Sarah Palin. <<

I'm not actually afraid of Palin, since she has pretty much zero chance of even being nominated, much less winning a general election. But I have yet to hear a single idea from the Tea Party that differentiates them from George W. Bush, whose administration got us into those wars and whose policies led us into the recession. Thus, the idea of putting such people in the driver's seat again strikes me as just plain dumb. And not even caring whether or not they are competent seems reckless.

Ya, but it took Bush 8 years to get us almost bankrupt and fighting two wars. If Palin is better than Bush as you say, imagine what we would have after half a term when she is finished?

Yikes!

The short answer is that anyone dumb enough to blame the current administration for this crap obviously is stupid enough to want another blithering idiot, ala Palin as President.
