Part of it is cronyism. I hated Ted Stevens before I came up here. But a lot of it is necessary administravitve costs.

We are part of the US-lol. And we have huge national forests that need managing. We have huge fish stocks which need managing.

And defense wise we are close to Russia and Asia.

But we do not need anything extra. I never voted for any of those unethical guys.
