In addition to 'production capacity', never forget the
most desirable capacity of our economy is :

the capacity to make people pay much more than the real value
of ANYTHING and feel good about doing it and won't apologize
for doing it, until it's too late.

Then we have the capacity to draw on someone else's resource
to pay for it.
