Adrian, shareholders should seek all means available and possible to receive shareholder value. Legal means is one of those alternatives. Especially since current management has been unable to do so. LF

Please cite published reports that lead you to believe that shipment levels were mis-stated, ie that volumes were not received by the channel? Why dont you believe company's statement that revenue restatement is an accounting correction because of premature recordation of final sale. I dont own stock but am evaluating the risks of a purchase at these levels. From what I have read on this thread the S3 accelerator cards are the dominant product in use by pc assemblers. Wouldnt the inventory of components not yet put into final product be of such a magnitude to explain the revenue timing discrepancy? Another concern I have is that the inventory held by resellers could become obsolete. Your opinions please.
