That is rational analysis, looking at the content of broad political coverage and making a value judgment whether it is substantial and insightful are just a repetition of meaningless slogans. Throw in the monetary motives for Palin and Beck and Newt's bizarre tilting further and further toward the wacko right (wants a law against sharia courts in the US), and that paints a picture of our political life today.

I consider that totally rational analysis. It builds on the 10-point refutation of the TP "program" I posted earlier today, plus another recent post quoting Palin in Iowa, more of the "we are the real Americans" sloganeering BS.
