I'm saying that we need to control the government and not the other way around. The government has it's place, but blooming into a ruling class ain't it.

The spending has been an issue for me all my adult life....governmental expenditure growth numbers on many levels are not sustainable and that's nothing new. You can see it plainly in many school districts where the pace of salary & cost increases are swamping the local area tax base growth.

Automatically spending more just because the calendar changes has to stop....real fiscal management needs to come back along with a dose of rational thought.
