Don't you love how kenneth is so short sighted that he believes the government can simply hire IRS agents in 2014 and they will hit the ground running. Well, IRS enforcement agents require a lot of training and would take a minimum of a year to work effectively after their training which would consume nearly another year. Then of course their would be the testing, background investigations ,recruitment process etc that would easily consume another year. Finding the number of suitable applicants will be tough enough. Treasury has high standards and rightfully so. They will have to be physically fit in order to pass the academy, have personal fiscal responsibly, ethical/moral and have clean records and well as being psychologically and academically fit for the position.

That's probably the natural progression back into total fiefdom.
