Zacks report on IVOB. This is older, but very informative:

IHUB post on IVOB (not mine). See my prior posts--a move may be coming. This has major potential given the cost competitive position and size of market. Funding is the issue, and it looks like plans are for some short term attempts to raise awareness. See bolding. I am in no way associated with IVOB--just noticed them in my search for potential homerun stocks, like their prospects, and see a possibility for a strong move in the next month or two. Trading for about a nickel.

Hi Mike,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Your message was delivered in my junk mail and I hadn’t checked that folder in a few days.

To get to your questions… INVO does have an open line of funding with AGS capital. With the way the deal is structured, when we take money we are diluted based on current share price. So right now our goal is to get the stock price up to the point where funding will not be hurtful to the company or its investors.

INVO has just started a market awareness campaign with Equitrends… I think the first actions were taken yesterday. This will coincide with some announcements to hopefully get a nice bump in PPS. We are really trying to reach a new investor base here and bring new blood in.

In the meantime we have a couple of other funding options. We have applied for a grant as part of a stimulus package that seems to fit us to a tee (I had to read the document 3 times over because I could not believe how exactly we fit into almost every parameter). This grant would be for the completion of the FDA filing. We will hear from uncle sam no later than Oct. 29th. We have other funding options that are multiple months away from happening and are not worth specifically mentioning here.

Hope this was helpful! If you have any questions in the future it is no hassle at all to respond.

Best Regards,

Stephen D. Karloff
