Hey, if SilentZ wants to simply "move money," he could write a law telling everyone to spend everything they have or face a stiff penalty.

This is the kind of "logic" that passes for "Keynesian economics" these days. Cause you know, all you have to do is invoke the name of Keynes, and you can say s--t like "Unemployment checks are the fastest way to create jobs."
