What I meant to say is if everyone was satisfied with their lot the world as we know it would cease to exist. Everyone or at least most in this material world are constantly encouraged to accumulate more stuff. All the while being driven by different degrees of lust, greed, sloth, envy, wrath, pride and despair. If tomorrow everyone was satisfied it would be similar to a nuclear holocaust for society.
