LiveWork 3D First Public Demonstration at COMDEX/Fall '97

LiveWork 3D Instantly Adds Dynamic 3D Graphics Text and Animation to Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation and Email Applications

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- TGS (Template Graphics Software, Inc.) will demonstrate LiveWork(TM) 3D to the public for the first time in booth H2217 in the Hilton Center at COMDEX/Fall '97. LiveWork 3D is the result of collaboration between TGS and S3(R) Incorporated (Nasdaq: SIII - news) to deliver the visual power of interactive 3D text and animation to the 40+ million users of desktop office applications. With LiveWork 3D corporate, small business and home Windows 95 and Windows NT users can easily add compelling 3D graphics to their word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email documents.

A native add-on to Microsoft Office, Lotus SmartSuite, and other popular office productivity software tools, LiveWork 3D appears within these applications as an integrated floating toolbar versus being a stand-alone application. Users can quickly enhance documents by creating and adding 3D text, clipart and animation without leaving their application. What's more, LiveWork 3D automatically converts 2D clipart and EPS (PostScript) files into 3D images to enhance the visual impact of printed and electronic documents, such as professional presentations, newsletters, electronic greeting cards and sales collateral.

''LiveWork 3D is the industry's first product to successfully integrate real-time 3D graphics technology into popular off-the-shelf office applications,'' said Michael Howse, director of marketing, Software Programs, S3 Incorporated. ''With the delivery of LiveWork 3D, S3 and TGS are laying the foundation for an even wider adoption of 3D graphics technology into the productivity-based corporate and SOHO PC markets.''

Frank, once again, you continue to ask pompous questions and practice childlike verbal volleys.

Your money in S3 has become less, as my money which I netted from the sales has appreciated, as its in "better investments". This was my point in prior post in answering your "challenge". This should be easily understood by a sophisticated investor like yourself.

I urge you to call one of the lead law firms pursuing the class action. You might learn something valuable. Just call, and ask some questions. It can't hurt can it? Just call.

Why did you change your SI Name Frank?

Good litigating, LF
