zeus, I don't even see a scandal there yet. It looks like they are investigating some money transfers because they raised red flags. If I borrowed 15K from you, gave it back to you in cash, and you deposited it, that would trigger all sorts of red flags also.

I had a big case in 1970's - and vatican bank was tied into a fraud. A crook - involved in big scam involving buying small Southern insurance companies - who had a harem of bimbos - was involved with crook at vatican bank.
