RB, I am more bullish on BROC after the meeting than before, my timetable just got stretched a little. Someone commented to me by email that some of my reports sounded a bit negative. Sorry if that is the case, but I was just trying to present all sides and not just be a "cheerleader". The good news is that NetGain really is a generational leap and we have the potential of a huge win.

The reason I am expecting good revenue growth in the 4th quarter is the upgrades to the TakeControl products. That seems to be going very well, aided by y2k considerations. Many BROC customers have customized and integrated TakeControl into their own system and these installations are now being upgraded.

Speaking of year 2000 issues, all current BROC products are y2k compliant. And NetGain will be hitting the market right in the midst of all the y2k concerns. As customers of BROC and other providers look at their y2k alternatives switching to NetGain rather than upgrading existing systems will be attractive.
