Same here, I wrote down every trade, what my TA was saying and actually what my feelings were as well. Once I got to 7 thick volumes I quit. Still have them but 1" of dust is sitting on them back in my storage area. So yes I know what u mean.

I still have a spiral notebook I write a few things down to remember, sites, maybe a turning point, things to do, etc. :)
