During the Clinton administration, we actually went well below 5%, which sparked many discussions as to what "full employment" really means...

The unemployment rate under Bush was 4.4% as late into his presidency as early 2007, when Pelosi and the anti-business Democrats took charge of the government. Now it's 9.6% and Pelosi and the Democrats want to raise taxes. Care to guess what it will be after taxes are raised?
