We were not concerned about the war expenses when Bush took this country to war in 2003 and followed it up with tax cuts. We turned a blind eye to history where Churchill had to raise taxes to sustain his country's involvement in WWII.

Folks crying wolf with regards to deficits were very quiet when Obama ordered the increase of US troop strength in Afghanistan. They only raise the deficit battlecry (I call them deficit jihadis ) only when we talk about spending programs to uplift the lives of citizens here.

With the official roll out of the Republican plan tomorrow, George Bush will be officially introduced back into the campaign. The "roll backs" they talk about including the "Bush" tax cuts is nothing but that. Even the name says that.

"This may surprise you, but I preferred all the Bush tax cuts be allowed to expire. I also favor taking an ax to military spending. So don't confuse me for a traditonal conservative or a TP folk."

Did I say something that led you to believe that? Actually I have been trying to figure you out.
