PQ, thanks for a quality post. I will have another look at VTCH, this time from the long side, as a potential buy at a "market bottom". Are you in a position to comment on Citrix? How about general market direction? What are the chances we are entering a bear phase? Or will the bull market resume?

PQ: you get an A++ for your honest message. Nice to see we get this kind of attention. Hopefully some of our ideas will make you some money. I may still short this stock for reason related to my take on the PC business and the Brazilian economy. The only reason I had given the "scam" a thought was the tremendous difficulty I was having in getting shares. Now that I know where these can be found... hope you stay in some time so that the shares are not called.

Regards,

Pancho

Thanks for your comments regarding VTCH.

I agree that the primary concern here should be the Brazilian economy.

If you can vouch for the integrity of the family...I will take your word for it. However - to the casual observer, the loan and convertible deal raises some eyebrows. I'll be watching this one carefully.

PQ RE VTCH shares for shorting: >>In fact, you're welcome to borrow my shares; they're housed at Montgomery. Just make sure you're there for the right reasons and do your homework.<<

Tried to find some through Fidelity Premium and they did not find any.
