Here we go, in no particular order. Some may be deleted, and it will definitely be added to.

Note that my sister will be holding 60k+ of pivate reits in her old account, so for the moment I don't plan to add any for her. Her husbands IRA will all transfer, so any reits will be put in his account. I don't want to overload him for the sake of yield since if they should both die at the same time, and they have no children together, unrelated children would get each ones account.

So once I have a list, I need to divide them up, being as fair as possible, just in case something happens. Also, hers is 2X his.

I need to get a list of what I have decided against for one reason or another.
