Exactly why I would like a pull back in the near future. 3k a month must come out of her account each month for the next 11 months. After that perhaps 1k a month. Any money not coming from dividends or interest must come out of the principle.

There is a $ number I need to set aside to cover some months of this starting out. Just not sure what that number is yet.
Maybe 7 months = 21k? Cover the last four months from income? Better ideas? After the next 11 months, a piece of cake.
