I just read their S+P report again yesterday when researching my list. Really nothing I can add. I think I owned 800 shares before they cut their divvie from .27 to .20. One of the few I added to when it was down. Best price was for 100 shares @3.22. Basis back under control at $9.03. Seems like it is worth a small piece to boost my brother in laws yield.

FWIW ( not much imho ) The Street has a target of $13.

I own a small amount of it too (MPW) based on the premise its a way to play the probable expanding health care field and get paid for it also.
