Looking back over the past three years you see that RLLY has
bounced periodically from 2 to 5. Revenues this year are flat
and RLLY is losing money. Unless a bubble decides to come out
of the stock market(which is not improbable given the speculative
nature of investing), I cant see RLLY jumping up to new three year
highs, at least not until it starts turning a steady profit and increasing revenues.
In spite of the fact the stock may have been "over sold", if there are no buyers the stock price will not increase.
