RDS.B while a foreign company, does not withhold taxes. The A shares do!

Oh! And just so you know, stocks from the United Kingdom and Brazil do not withhold foreign taxes!

How bout that? ... :o)

That's why I replaced TOT (25% withholding) with RDS.B (no withholding) in my IRA.
