In my opinion you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that ZIP will be the standard. Dell, Micron, Acer...etc.. all are using ZIP's in their computers. The next step is to eliminate that piece of crap of a 1.44 floppy drive and make a ZIP 100 the main bootable floppy. What can you put on a 1.44 disk anyway?

The best technology on the block is not a guarantee that it will be the next standard. Remember BETA vs VHS ? Beta was better quality than VHS, but who won? VHS

In my opinion IOM will remain the standard and continue , I am looking forward to new and exciting products from Iomega. Can't wait for N-Hand disks - hope to see them in portable PC's.

Disclaimer:
I don't hold any shares on any high tech stocks at the present time, I am just excited about one of my favorite PC products. Dell is also one of my favorites as well as Compaq Armada 4100 series notebook computers. I own 3 ZIP drives, use them EVERY day. IOM has one hell of a marketing machine, very hip and cool adds. NEET STUFF MAN.
