George, let me give you some advice from your friend(me), don't make the same mistake as I did by trying to engage in a productive conversation with Leo. It just not possible. I don't know if the guy is not all with it, not to smart or if he just has some other agenda. But what ever it is, is not to engage in a meaningful open dialogue about S3.

So Leo, you have sucked me in for the last time, I guess I'm a slow learner. Our dialogue as ended, well it was never really a dialogue, now was it. A dialogue would imply that you would of answered questions posed, rather just trying to deflect the real issue.

George, George, George. <<First you're the protagonist darling of S3, and now you're the quixotic antagonist to "sue" the
bastards for the "good" of the shareholders.>>

As I posted, management, did an absolute 180 degree turn from the Q2 conference call in the Q3 conference call. I know that in business this "can" happen. But it is cleary not a common occurance. I was fooled, as many analysts who were following S3 were also fooled.

I made it clear that this was a very troubling event. "Pivotal"

George, just call one of the attorneys. You owe it to yourself and to your portfolio.

Would you rather have some of that cash, or would you rather see management squander more of it away.

Oh, and knock off the personal attacks. It only tells me you are frustrated and incapable of debating and discussing the facts.

But, I realize its fun to throw out a few barbs once in awhile.-g-
