To put it another way... if you have sex with persons more apt to have a STD, then you have an increases statistical probability of acquiring the disease.

Of course, politically correct or not, some subsets of the population such as gays, blacks, etc. have higher incidence of HIV for example, than the general population.

Like I already wrote, you are confusing different independent variables (being infected with diseases, socioeconomic status, etc.), NONE OF WHICH have ANYTHING to do with any alleged innate genetic 'superiority or inferiority' of any race whatsoever.
