it is in the perception of supporting business, or being business friendly that the bailouts gained their supposed legitimacy. supporting free markets is the best way to be business friendly.

i know you don't mean it in the anti-free market sense. but that's what the socialists do. they try to sound like they're supporting free markets when in fact they're supporting one business over another while saying 'see we're for business'. supporting any business by government is anti-free market. i'd like to see the socialists claim to being friendly to business taken away from them. like i said, i know you don't mean it that way, but it doesn't stop the socialists from using it that way.
