You didn't give a a final answer. You wouldn't say tax rates going back to the late Clinton era will be enough. Apparently its just a start. We both know that you'd still want them higher still.

I'll let you know after we get back to the rates of the Clinton era. It really depends on our expenses. So don't start any more wars.
