ANOTHER BOW THAT REWARDS THE POLITICAL INTERESTS OF THE PRESIDENT AND HIS CONTINUAL REWARDS TO THE UAW UNION.

FIRST HE DESTROYS THE BONDHOLDERS, THEN GIVES THE UNION AN INORDINATE SHARE OF THE COMPANIES ASSETS AFTER REORGANIZATION!,AND THEN DEFERS THE TREASURIES CASHING IN ON THE IPO.

This opens up the union, to sell off at the spike high of the IPO and fund the VEBA.

The guys who ran the company in the ground, get ownership and first dibs at converting to cash the ipo.
Where - anywhere in bankruptcy history has the unuion that broke the company been given a piece of the postbankruptcy business and then first sale rights at the IPO!!!

Just one example would be all I ask.

CORRUPT FROM THE TOP !!!

Only in Obama's regime could this obvious conflict of interest be even considered.

Don't raise too much money!!???
