have read in numerous places that this market is 70% controlled by professionals... in two different stripes one - those working with retirement accounts absorbing the monthly flow... they'd be the ones going into these dividend paying stable stocks (suppose ably)... the streets tongue-wag to draw in any small number of returning public investors they can find... two - the quant’s with their systems set to take advantage of any market movement... and they are stalled in the tide and wind chop... it may well be this coil won't budge until a fractal occurs to rattle expectations... and drive the next big move... that's what seems apparent to me and why my accounts are 70% in cash
