RE: Big Announcement Speculations? Q3 Reserves?

One of Todd's guesses:

Has anyone heard what Iomega's reserves were last quarter? The product-related reserves are considerably higher the quarter before price cuts. Nobody asked about the reserves (except bad debt reserves, which were down) during the conference call.

It's about time for a price reduction. The margins are relatively high right now. Plus, they were expecting to be cash flow negative last quarter and this quarter. They weren't. Maybe they held off on price reductions to see what the competition had to offer.
