It's not the potential for top-line growth that people are concerned (i.e., $1 billion in acqs. pipeline), its the eroding margins that has people worried. Many people are wondering whether or not USF will be able to properly digest all of the new acquisitions w/o taking on added costs/inefficiencies that could eat into the earnings growth. For example, at the recent analyst meeting in Chicago last week, the company admitted to analysts that for one of the acquisitions that they were bidding on in the past year, there was more than one bid coming from the same division of the company. In other words, things are moving so fast and so crazy at the company that you had different parts of the same division that were unaware of each others activities. That has to make you question this company's ability to make these acquisitions and grow earnings at 25%-30% at the same time... just a thought for you...
