The Dow should be like 8k right now based on many factors....but....take a look. Remember when we had capitalism....and losers failed? No one will stick a fricken penny in this market the way it is now. Got gold?, LOL.

TH, i think you'll find a lot of value in the video at the end of the TAE blog entry... it is very pro gold and silver. theautomaticearth.blogspot.com i found his charts and analysis to be quite compelling - and he tells the russian bankers the current banking programs (basil, etc...) are "a bunch of bullsh*t." TAE isn't in the "deflation camp," they are in the "deflation followed by broken bond market followed by hyperinflation..." camp. based on this video, we may be able to add "followed by a new currency system." they have suggested selling or hedging precious metals (before the run up - so timing has already been off) ahead of the deflation and then piling into assets as the next deflationary wave runs it course. of course, they suggest building a community, having food and water, protection, keeping assets close to the vest, etc.
