You miss two big things.Low inflation makes those real interest rates very high and debt/gdp is 350%.The loaning out of that money to buy real estate wouldnt be anything less than evil.It would hold up unsustainable values,allow Americans to bleed more money overseas before our eventual death,and keep all available credit tied up in things that may make you money but loses money for the American people.Debt/GDP must drop to 150% and be lent to production and services geared to the overseas mkt or we are just playing an evil joke on ourselves.
