Zoom, there go the goal posts.

The point is that the Clinton era regulation changes didn't apply to the lenders who made the vast majority of the bad loans.

This is yet another example of your "I will ignore the available data so I can construct a hypothetical argument based solely on my partisan politics and fit my argument around it and then pretend it is reality".

These sort of arguments can be fun in an epistemology class. In the real world, not so much.
