Total revenue almost always goes up... something like 45 of the last 50 years.

Yes, total revenue always goes up. But not only did the Bush cuts turn around the Clinton recession (and the 9/11 economic hit), the slope of the increase under Bush is substantially greater than that under Clinton.

I cannot believe the left continues to try to perpetuate this argument, but they do.
