It's kind of hard to go after a dude for a brochure if you don't even have a copy. Maybe ask one of the 16 family and friends what they think of it and if they noticed that there was a single error on page 9 of a 20 page brochure that 99.99% indisputable facts? If a crime was committed, this must have been the most incompetent crime in world history. 16 copies and buried the "lie" into a single 3 word phrase on page 9? Is this the best we can do to accuse the author of fraud? A brochure he made for his family over a year ago that had an error on page 9 of 20? He handed it out 16 copies to 16 friends and family and told them he made it. I'm sure his 16 family and friends are in tears....he made them a brochure on a hot stock story and 4-5 months later the stock ran 600-700%. (one must dig into the electronic "fingerprints" to find the clues....those who were given a paper version can't even do that) 2) the comments were not presented as forward looking statements, but as a fact that is happening right now (the infamous .18 cents come to mind)..... 3) worse of all, C/P of Co Prs and filings in the brochure has ALL the safe harbor stripped out.....that is an active attempt to not present the risk factors..... someone did not practice "safe promotion".....how much more clear can it be??? siliconinvestor.com
