DC market still appears to be quite high. If the homeowners can afford it for another year or two and the tea party doesn't gut government to cause another housing crash we could reflate again starting in 2-3 years especially the hardest hit once fastest growing areas of the US. Florida now appears dirt cheap versus much of the USA or even Brazil. Versus Europe or Canada when you add in our weak dollar it is like going to the 99 Cents store rack after shopping at Bloomingdales
