Dennis,

I stopped being a Repap employee when they gave Repap B.C. back to the banks this spring! George and the others figured that was the only chance they had to make the Avenor deal fly. Like the rest of Repaps divisions we were strangling from our debtload. I still work at the same sawmill and we are optimistic that we'll survive. Since early march we've been in the restucturing phase.

I never did sell my shares and could have made much of the money back if I had followed my insticts and done some shorter term trading after the collapse. However, I've been burned bad enough that it's left me somewhat gunshy. Also I'm not sure if their remaining assets (New BRunswick) is as good as they claim since they were always so good at hyping all their others assets.(Including us). The way I see it Repap must not have had much in the way of offers for New Brunswick or it would have been sold off. There are so many Repap shares outstanding now and the pulp and paper markets don't seem to know which way to go, so I think It may be a while before we see much action IMHO.

Regards, Brad
