1) He's hiding his medical records because he has AIDS, I agree, plus, his medical records could indicate that his country of birth was Kenya. You know the form that we all have to fill out periodically that asks 100 questions about one's health. One must check "yes", "no", or "not sure" in regards to the question, "Have you ever had [insert affliction here] before?" I'm fairly sure that one of the blocks at the top of the form is "country of birth".
