Sounds fair to me.
They want the same deal The Foxwood Indians are offering their creditors. 50 cents on the dollar.
Foxwoods has not made a payment for over a year and is now telling Bank Of America we owe 2 billion, knock it down to one billon and we will start making payments again. lol
