Most of the rules and procedures for transportation fuel apply to nonroad fuels also. To imply they can just sell fuel unregulated is absurd. Here is the 317 page EPA document detailing some of the requirements of producing, selling, and distributing nonroad diesel. There are many other documents that total thousands of pages of all the requirements for nonroad diesel. Let me make another prediction.....if they get a permit, they won't legally sell any fuel immediately. My guess is they will be delayed again attempting to meet all the EPA regulations of fuel. They have not publically announced that they already have complied with all regulations required to sell fuel so once again revenues from P2O will be delayed. I also predict that the issues and problems involved in complying with EPA regualations will be 10 times the issues involved with getting a "simple air permit" All the while early shareholders will continues to dump shares and profit from such delays. Keep in mind I predicted the DEC permit delay, i predicted they would need a permit when others claimed they didn't even need a permit, i predicted the media credits were inflated by millions, i predicted that they wouldn't release what type of plastic they used for the stack test, i predicted they wouldn't release a video showing the WHOLE process (ie plastic going in and oil coming out), so my track record is second to none. regulations.gov ecfr.gpoaccess.gov siliconinvestor.com
