If I drove by your wrecked car on the roadside I would stop to help you. It is understandable if Furlong and Doyle have to hurry to an appointment their time is precious. They aren't ambulance technicians.
If the conversation in your last hours passed to the market I would say.. no penance necessary god understands greed and foolish mistakes.

But do not fear you will meet the people who you laud to ask them why they promoted IPM. And then you will understand the answers to the questions you ask. Clod in my last epistle was a reference to the poem by Donne, No man is an island. Each man is likened to a clod of earth washed away by the sea. Hence the sea sheds no tears. And eland is the old english for island.

We are all clods before god. So are Messrs F and D. They are just more organic than average.
